The new race schedule has been set and dates will be posted soon. We are also planning some outdoor events for this summer. We will keep you posted as they develop.
We have also been in contact with the Madison Wi club as they have a strong presence in the F 1 class and Vintage trans am class. We will try to plan an invitational series with them. Jim Seamen will be our new vice president and all other officers will remain on for another season. Please check the web site often.
Pro Star Racing Club is considering a new format.Our aim is to encourage new membership and run our program more efficiently. We would like to offer two spec classes at reduced racing fees and allowing walk in's to race a class of their choice if they have 3 or more racers for their class. We have a strong presence in the Vintage trans am class and are looking into something with the F103gt chassis perhaps exotic 10th, indy or gt formula. Any input will be considered. See the spec racing discussion for comments on this process. Exotics might include Lamborgini, Ferrari, Aston Martin,Ford gt, etc.These bodies can be adapted to the f103gt chassis. Something to let our fantasies run wild. As an additional option we may have club cars for the two spec classes available so you could join us.This is something we would like to implement next racing season.
In the present there has been a renewed interest in the formula one class We have 4 cars running and several more in the works We will possible have f 1's for rent on race night. If you have one, dust it off and bring it with you on Thursday night.

Membership is $20 per year which entitles you to reduced rates on racing, tickets to annual awards banquet at end of racing season and a vote on club policies.
Entry fees are as follows:
$10.00 per class ($4.00 addl. class) non members.
$8.00 per class ($4.00 addl. class) Prostar members.
